Choosing a counsellor isn’t easy, especially with just a picture, some qualifications and a few sentences to go on, but hopefully this website will give you the information you need to see if I’m right for you. If you’re still not sure, I also offer a free first session, so you can try me out before you decide.

I am a fully qualified, BACP Senior Accredited Counsellor & Psychotherapist. I’ve been trained in Online Counselling (audio & webcam) by an ACTO (the Association for Counselling & Therapy Online) approved training provider.

Since 2020 I’ve moved from providing face-to-face counselling, to online webcam and telephone counselling. It’s given me a bit more flexibility to meet your appointment needs and has allowed me to lower my prices (as I don’t have to pay for room rent or travel).

I’m warm, friendly and down to earth. I’m neither mystical nor aloof and am committed to building a relationship with you that allows you to be open, honest and feel safe enough to explore yourself, your world and your problems.

You might not have anyone in your life you feel you can talk to, or maybe you do but they don’t understand. Maybe you don’t want to burden them, or maybe they’re part of the problem. If you’re struggling with things in your life, past, present or future, or you’re not even sure what the problem is, counselling might be the help and support you need.

I will offer you a safe, confidential space to bring yourself and your issues. We will work at your pace on whatever you want to work on and together we will try to get you to where you need to be.
